Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Terms
By accessing this web site, and accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, its specific requirements and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License
a. This system acts as a supplement to your original ITT Enidine Inc. Warranty and governs specific requirements for the administration of any warranty coverage thereunder.  It is provided to expedite the processing and completion of warranty and non-warranty claims and returns; and implements specific administrative requirements for both ITT Enidine Inc., and its customers.

b. Permission is granted to access this site for the purpose of entering information on repairs, reviewing status, and transmitting information between ITT Enidine and its customers. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Limitations
In no event shall ITT Enidine Inc or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the ITT Enidine Inc Internet site, even if ITT Enidine Inc or a ITT Enidine Inc authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

4. Specific requirements
By using this system the customer agrees to abide by the guidelines of use, including the necessity to comply with administrative requirements; as follows:

Additional notice capabilities:

  • 30 days after issuance of an Electronic Return material Authorization (RMAE) - if item not received -  The customer will receive an email informing them that the RMAE has not yet been received.  At which time the customer will be granted an additional fifteen (15) days to have the item received at our facility. 
  • If the items is not received after the total forty-five (45) day time period – the RMAE is closed, and customer will need to secure a new RMAE Number under which to return the item(s).

  • Thirty (30) days after ITT Enidine Inc. issues its Evaluation results to the customer – if no response to the evaluation is received - the customer will receive an email stating that their actions under the evaluation are still pending and will receive an additional thirty (30) days to respond or the RMAE evaluation.
  • If, after the thirty (30) day grace period, there is still no response to the evaluation results provided -  ITT Enidine Inc. may return the items to the Customer (freight collect), and close the RMAE.


5. Site Terms of Use Modifications
ITT Enidine Inc may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to ITT Enidine Inc's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

•We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of information.
